Help spread happiness!

Stop by one of Mason’s Happiness Walls on Friday, March 20th, and tell us what you’re doing to share/spread happiness here at Mason and beyond!

Jot down what you’re doing on a Live Happy sticky note and post it on one of our Live Happy Happiness Walls – waiting to be covered in sticky notes about all the many ways members of Mason Nation spread happiness!

Take a selfie with your completed sticker near the wall, Tweet it and/or post it to Instagram and tag it with #HappyActs #gmu #MasonKindness (#GMUK if you’re in Korea!), and you’ll be part of a worldwide social media event!

Mason is one of a select group of locations hosting "Happiness Walls" around the world as part of the United Nations International Day of Happiness and Well-Being. Each campus wall will have its own flavor, so be sure to stop by the wall on your campus!

This event is part of Mason’s Spring Into Well-Being campaign and Well-Being University Initiative. Learn more about Mason’s Well-Being University initiative at wbu.gmu.edu.
