Silent Meditation Wednesdays

A weekly free practice for all Mason students, staff, and faculty.

Wednesday, May 10, 2017 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
Johnson Center, #244

Assistant Dean, Katie Claire, leads an on-going silent 30-minute meditation practice open to all. Unlike other forms of meditation, this "just sitting" zen-style meditation practice is without instruction; the simplicity of one's mindful presence is the teacher. For more information, contact the facilitator Katie Claire at kclare@gmu.edu.

The Center's weekly well-being practices are part of Mason’s Well-Being University initiative, dedicated to helping students, faculty, staff, and alumni build a life of vitality, purpose and resilience and ensuring Mason becomes a model well-being university where all community members are Thriving TogetherTo learn more about Mason’s Well-Being University initiative, visit wbu.gmu.edu.
