Silent Meditation Wednesdays

A weekly free practice for all Mason students, staff, and faculty.

Assistant Dean, Katie Claire, leads an on-going silent 30-minute meditation practice open to all. Unlike other forms of meditation, this "just sitting" zen-style meditation practice is without instruction; the simplicity of one's mindful presence is the teacher. This event is part of Spring Into Well-Being—a university-wide initiative celebrating some of the many well-being programs and activities hosted by units, departments, and student organizations across the University that help support student, faculty, staff, and community well-being.
