There is an increasing amount of data and research that shows that individuals, teams, and organizations who integrate the essentials of resilience and well-being into the work place make for more productive, committed, and creative members. Strategies for Personal and Organizational Resilience will focus on the practices that develop resilience and well-being in individuals, teams, and organizations. This will primarily be experiential in nature and participants will be offered the opportunity to examine, reflect on, and engage in somatic practices that can shape individual and corporate bodies towards wholeness and embodied purposeful presence. Attendees will engage in discussions, movement, touch, and mindfulness practices that we can integrate and use in our personal and professional life.
