Chelsie Kuhn is a Well-Being Programs and Special Events Coordinator for the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being at George Mason University. In addition to coordinating weekly well-being programs and speaker events, she is also in charge of coordinating the Mindful Living Living Learning Community and Strengths Initiative programming. She graduated in May 2015 with a B.A. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution and a minor in Social Justice. Her research interests include structural conflict, race relations, poverty, identity, social movements, community development, and sustainability. Chelsie has been practicing yoga for 7 years, and is certified to teach with Yoga Alliance at the 200 hours training level; she also maintains a variety of other mindfulness practices including meditation, journaling, and painting. She has taken a number of courses, both within and outside of the university, to continue her learning and development, which allows her to thrive and to contribute to the many communities around her.
