Student Strengths Ambassador

Rashaan Mateen is the Student Strengths Ambassador to the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being. Rashaan’s expertise of the science behind strengths phycology stems from his three-year tenure at the Gallup Organization before attending Mason. Under the mentorship of several Gallup leaders; Jim Clifton, CEO, Brandon Busteed, Executive Director of Education, and William Latham, Senior Advisor for Education, Rashaan realized the true potential of strengths phycology. Rashaan trains, coaches, and develops student organizations and individual students on how to live and lead a strengths based life. He is currently studying Management and Finance under the School of Business and is expected to graduate in 2016. Rashaan has fulfilled his dream of becoming a “Proud Patriot” and he plans on making a huge impact one person at a time.
