Weekly Well-Being Practices

A central aspect of our mission is to contribute to the well-being of our Mason community, and so we invite all students, faculty, and staff to join us for one or more of our weekly well-being practices. For detailed information, please see the listings in events.

Each class is free and open to all Mason students, staff and faculty. All classes are on a drop-in basis. If you are new to a class, please take a moment to introduce yourself to the instructors. (And please bring your own mat to yoga.)

We hope you find that these practices help you manage stress while improving focus and attention. These practices enhance physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being and build an excellent foundation for a flourishing life.
