Mason students, faculty, and staff, take a mindful break in your day and contribute to your well-being through Mindful Mason Moments. These free online mindfulness sessions take place at 12 noon every weekday from January 25 to May 14. On Mondays through Thursdays, the sessions end at 12:30 p.m. On Friday, the sessions end at 12:20 p.m.

Practices may include meditation, gentle movement, sound, silence, or breath work. Mindful Mason Moments sessions will feature Mason facilitators: Mondays with Millie Rivera, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with Michael Galvin and Kerry Hentges, Thursdays with Katie Clare (incorporating the Arcadia installation), and Fridays with Julia Morelli (incorporating mindful movement).
