Mindful Mason Moments Online Mindfulness Sessions Open to Students, Faculty, and Staff

Mason students, faculty, and staff, take a mindful break in your day and contribute to your well-being through Mindful Mason Moments! These free drop-in mindfulness sessions will take place online from 12 noon to 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during June and July 2021.
