Spring into Well-Being (#SIWB21), Mason's annual well-being celebration, is happening from Monday March 22 to Friday April 23.
During #SIWB21, people from throughout Mason Nation and beyond are participating in Mason's well-being university events. Those events help students, faculty, staff, and the public learn more about well-being and try out a diverse variety of well-being practices. As we pursue well-being, we're building lives of vitality, purpose, resilience, and engagement so we can thrive together.
