Mental Health First Aid Training

Mason's Student Health Services is pleased to offer Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA) at no cost to members of the university community. MHFA training provides participants with basic skills to help someone experiencing a mental health or substance use-related crisis. This 8-hour training will be split into two 4-hour sessions. You must attend both days (January 15 and 16) from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
