DESCRIPTION:Stop by the Spring Into Well-Being Gratitude Station to engage in a science-backed practice for well-being – gratitude. You will have the opportunity to write a note of gratitude to someone\, and the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being will mail it on your behalf. You will also have the opportunity to learn about Pats for Pats\, a campus gratitude program created by Mason Chooses Kindness for students\, staff/faculty\, and alumni. Gratitude stations will serve as a check-in location for those participating in the Kindness Scavenger Hunt. \nLocated right outside of the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being (Northern Neck)!

This opportunity gives you the chance to be reminded of simple\, everyday ways of bringing kindness to your community. Participants who complete the five-item scavenger hunt and submit documentation to the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being by 5 pm on Friday\, April 22 will receive an instant prize and be entered in a raffle to win a Kindness Basket. \nScavenger hunt details can be obtained at the Spring Into Well-Being Gratitude Stations (outside of the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being at Northern Neck from 11-1 on Monday\, April 18 – Friday\, April 22) and at the Be Kind To Yourself event (Northern Neck from 12-2 on Monday\, April 18).
