Join students, faculty, and staff in this space reserved for mindfulness practices. Bring your own practice or learn "sitting meditation" and take the practice with you! In addition to meditation, mindfulness practices may include guided meditations such as loving-kindness (Metta), self-compassion, and sense appreciation, as well as body scans.
