Join Mason's Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for a free drop-in workshop designed to help you identify what is causing you to feel down and give you tools to boost your mood and increase positive feelings through self-awareness and coping skills.

These drop-in workshops are open to all enrolled Mason students. You may attend workshops as often as you find helpful. Registration is not required, but you may register if you like here:

These workshops are not a treatment group. In addition, these workshops may not address all personal concerns. If you experience significant changes in mood or feel that you may require further assistance, please contact CAPS at 703-993-2380. In case of an emergency, please contact your nearest emergency service. If you experience significant distress at the time of one of these workshops, please notify the presenter.
