SUMMARY:Summer Journaling Group
DESCRIPTION:The Summer Journaling Group will give participants the chance to engage in their own journal writing to explore topics ranging from beginnings to fears\, from memories to purpose\, and from love to rebuilding. Each session will explore two chapters from Suleika Jaouad’s The Book of Alchemy: A Creative Practice for an Inspired Life and will use those readings for shared journaling inspiration. \nThis is intended for participants who have a journaling practice and would like to enjoy the practice in community with others – as well as for participants who struggle to build a journaling practice and might benefit from being part of a supportive community. \nThere will be five one-hour sessions\, from 12 noon until 1 p.m. on May 28\, June 4\, June 11\, June 18\, and June 25. Our center will provide participants with a copy of the book. We hope participants will attend all five sessions\, but we ask that participants commit to attending at least four of the five sessions. \nRegister now on Mason 360
