DESCRIPTION:Mason students\, staff\, and faculty can learn more about mindfulness and meditation through two different four-week programs created by the Mindfulness Institute for Emerging Adults (MIEA). \nThis evidence-based curriculum teaches mindfulness\, meditation\, and stress management in ways you can integrate into your busy life.
