This 3-day program equips leaders to use Polarity Thinking™ concepts, practices and tools, including the Polarity Map® and the Polarity Assessment™. Polarities are interdependent yet opposing forces that create tension in individuals, teams, and systems. Polarity Thinking will enable leaders to overcome their most complex and critical challenges by applying both/and thinking skills to the polarities they face in leadership. Leaders will gain experience managing polarities in a consulting/coaching client relationship by integrating what they have learned through an action learning project. Leaders will earn a certification in PACT™ (Polarity Approach for Continuity And Transformation) through this program.
