Several noteworthy advantages for applicants who join the Mason Coaching Community:

  • Instructors are Mason ICF accredited coaching faculty/fellows
  • Certificate of Completion in Leadership Coaching and Organizational Well-Being
  • Minimum of 125 hours of coach-specific training and final exam
  • 10 hours of mentor coaching
  • Observed coaching sessions
  • Learning from Assessment/Measurement
  • Completion of the Coach Knowledge Assessment (CKA)
