What are your career goals as an emerging leader in your organization? Learn how to use your strengths to achieve your goals while strengthening your well-being at work!

Originally designed for members of the federal service at the GS-5 through GS-7 levels (or equivalent), CWB’s Rising Leader Development programs prepare emerging leaders for mid-level and senior leadership roles in any organization. This interactive and engaging program guides students as they learn to use individual talents and strengths to be more productive employees who lead with integrity and positivity.
