Scale: Values in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS)
About the scale: The Values in Action Inventory of Strengths (VIA-IS) is a measure of one’s character strengths. The scale contains 240 self-report items that assess the degree to which they endorse 24 strengths of character (Peterson & Seligman, 2001)

Scale: Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS)
About the scale: The Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) is a 5-item self-report questionnaire that assesses general self-appraisals of life satisfaction.

Scale: Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS)
About the scale: The Subjective Happiness Scale (SHS) is a 4-item scale that assesses one’s level of subjective happiness. Two items assess happiness objectively and compared to peers, and two items prompt participants to compare their level of happinness to descriptions of happy and unhappy individuals.
