Mason is partnering with the Isha Foundation to offer students the opportunity to foster their well-being through Inner Engineering. This one-credit course (GOVT 496), which is called "Well-Being for Success: Transform Your Life Through Inner Engineering," will be available beginning in the fall 2021 semester. Created by world-renowned yogi, mystic, and visionary Sadhguru, Inner Engineering is a comprehensive course for personal growth derived from the science of yoga. The program encourages participants to explore their highest potential through powerful processes of self-transformation, distilled essence of classical yoga, meditations to address key aspects of life, and access to secrets of ancient wisdom. Inner Engineering offers a unique opportunity for self-exploration and transformation, leading to a life of fulfillment and joy.

This course will impart scientifically proven tools from the yogic sciences, allowing you to function at the peak of your capability. It is an opportunity to:
