All Mason students, faculty, and staff are welcome to enjoy a variety of mindfulness practices together on Tuesdays during the fall 2017 semester. Practices may include sitting mindfully, journaling, guided meditation, and yoga.
Sessions will take place from August 29 through December 19 and will be facilitated by leaders from University Life, the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, and Human Resources.
