Colors and Connection

Colors and Connection is a program that combines mindfulness, creativity, and connection. In this program, you will get to experience a one-hour-long facilitated session featuring reflective and creative activities. Colors and Connection is a great fit for you if you want to:

  • Boost self-confidence and creative problem-solving
  • Establish connections with other students in a welcoming environment
  • Strengthen skills such as emotional awareness and connection
  • Engage in personal growth and individuality
  • Focus more and increase productivity
  • Learn skills to navigate both mental health and goal achievement
