Writing for Well-Being groups fall 2026 groups

The fall 2026 Writing for Well-Being groups give participants a chance to explore wonder and delight through reading, conversation, and journaling in response to Ross Gay’s The Book of Delights.

Synchronous virtual sessions have already started. 

You can register now for synchronous in-person sessions from 12 noon to 1 p.m. on the Fairfax campus (location to be sent after registration) on October 8, 15, 22, and 29:

This is intended for participants interested in reading, writing, and sharing with others. Participants do NOT need to have an active journaling practice.
