Good coaching is more than just technique; it’s a way of actively showing up for people. George Mason University’s Coaching in Action Series presents one-hour workshops to explore active listening, emotional awareness, and various workplace topics as they connect to ICF Core Competencies.
Our series is for anyone who wants to improve the conversations that matter most – where someone needs to be heard and when the right question changes everything. These workshops are great opportunities to explore how the world of coaching can impact real people and real issues. While the content of each session will differ, attendees are guaranteed to connect with faculty from George Mason’s Coaching Academy, continue their learning and development, earn ICF CCEUs (for ICF-certified coaches only), and engage with other professionals.
