Customized Leadership Development Programs

These non-credited courses combine the knowledge and expertise of George Mason University faculty with the experience of industry leaders. Our faculty represent a wide range of fields and disciplines including business management, organizational psychology, leadership studies, communications, cybersecurity, and policy and government, to name a few.
Foundations of Leadership Course
CWB’s Foundations of Leadership course equips emerging leaders with skills to manage daily leadership challenges. High performers and emerging leaders will learn the qualities of great leaders and develop ethical, strengths-based foundations for their leadership. Participants will deepen self-awareness through assessments and emerge better equipped to continue their leadership development journeys and also to develop others in the organization. Graduates earn a leadership certificate from George Mason University. This course can be customized and is designed for emerging and intermediate leaders.
Mid-Level Leadership Course
A common goal that all managers and leaders care about is productivity. And yet, studies reveal there is an order to achieving this – starting first with investing in people, followed by aligning purpose, which results in greater productivity. With a focus on self-management, alignment of strengths, and strategies for investing in employees for greater engagement and productivity, aspiring and experienced leaders learn how to transform workplace environments for greater impact. Graduates earn a leadership certificate from George Mason University. This course can be customized and is designed for experienced, mid-level leaders and managers.
