Our Student Strengths Coaching team is comprised of students from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences, just like Mason’s students as a whole! We have a variety of majors represented, sophomores through seniors, and they are involved in many campus/student organizations, such as theater, dance, sports, LGBTQ+, international, First-Gen, Honors College, and more!
What unites them is their interest in making a difference and supporting their fellow students in developing their strengths to make an impact in individual lives, on campus, and beyond. They have been trained in the foundations of well-being, CliftonStrengths, and student coaching through a semester-long 3-credit course, UNIV 379 – Student Strengths Education.
