Discover fresh inspiration from reading and writing, and make new connections with colleagues by participating in the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being’s second Writing for Well-Being group.

The latest Writing for Well-Being group, a summer journaling group, will give participants the chance to engage in their own journaling writing to explore topics ranging from courage to vulnerability, from self-compassion to grief, from joy to wonder. Each session will explore two chapters from Unlocking the Heart: Writing for Mindfulness, Courage, and Self-Compassion by James Crews.
This offering is for George Mason faculty and staff with sessions on July 30, August 6, and August 13 from 12 noon until 1 p.m. Registration for July 30 equates to registration for all three sessions. Please refrain from registering if you know you will miss one of the three sessions.
