  • Grounded in Kindness
    February 4 | 2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. | Spiritual and Interfaith Center, Fairfax
    Start the semester with intention! Create a goal punch card, practice gratitude, take a walk in the labyrinth, and enjoy snacks in a space for healing, reflection, and grounding. This event is presented In partnership with the Center for Leadership and Intercultural Engagement.
  • Mason Intentional Kindness Day
    February 17 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Johnson Center Kiosk, Fairfax
    Pledge to take a break from your devices and give yourself the gift of a focused presence for self-care. This event is presented in partnership with Mason Chooses Kindness.
  • Brewing Connections
    SciTech: March 4, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. | Mason Square: March 17, 12 noon to 2 p.m. | Fairfax: March 25, 12 noon to 2 p.m.
    Join Kindness Ambassadors and Strengths Coaches for a cozy drink and meaningful conversations that spark connection. This event is presented in partnership with Mason Chooses Kindness and the Student Strengths Program.
  • Well-Being Pop-Up
    May 6 | 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Fairfax
    Interactive activities at the SI2GO truck to support your physical and mental well-being during finals. This event is presented in partnership with Counseling and Psychological Services, Student Health Services, and Mason Recreation.
