Dori Ramsey

Dori Ramsey has more than 30 years of experience designing and directing people strategies that have maximized employees’ contributions and engagement. She has served in C-suite and senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Talent Management.

Ms. Ramsey earned a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration from American University. She has spoken at various venues on topics including HR transformation, organizational change and culture and human-centric talent management strategies. Ms. Ramsey taught as an adjunct professor at Georgetown University, facilitating classes in Succession Planning, Talent Management, and Strategic Workforce Planning.

Ms. Ramsey is currently an adjunct professor and senior scholar in the Center for Advancement of Well-being at George Mason University. She continues to consult on people strategies, organizational development, and culture transformation.
