Valerie Franco’s passion for helping people reach their fullest potential led her to become an executive coach through Mason’s coaching program. “After 20 years as a leader in risk management and insurance, I recognized the importance of leading people from a place of authenticity and compassion,” she said. “I chose to pursue a coaching career because I love to help people succeed and live their best life. That is why the Mason program Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being was the perfect fit.”
What she learned at Mason empowered her to become an agent of positive change, said Franco. “The program is personally transformational! Thanks to the wonderful trainers at Mason, I am able to help leaders discover what is blocking them from their highest level of performance.”
Now Franco is enjoying leading others to success through her executive coaching career. “Coaching is a powerful tool that enables people to discover all that they are capable of accomplishing.
