Sign up to attend Koru Basic Training in October. Participants need to commit to attending all four sessions. Sessions held on October 6, 13, 20, and 27. Participants will need to purchase the Koru app for $3.99 and a copy of The Mindful Twenty-Something by Holly Rogers. Participants will learn and practice new strategies to help manage stress effectively.
