Koru 2.0 is an advanced mindfulness course for students who have completed Koru Basic or Intro to Mindfulness Part 1 and are eager for more mindfulness. Further your practice and deepen your skills with Chair Yoga, Loving-Kindness meditation, and a short silent retreat. We will be reading “Real Happiness” by Sharon Salzberg. This is the first session. The other three required sessions will be held November 20 and December 4 and 11.
