Becoming a great coach for others starts by looking within yourself. The Masterful Coaching Course (MCC) is designed for those who want to deepen their coaching practice in a supportive environment. This Level 3 ICF Accredited Coaching Education program prepares students for the MCC Credential through in-depth, collaborative instruction on partnership and performance, coaching presence, vulnerability, assumptions, bias, confidence, and more.

Format

Program Details 

This 100 percent virtual course is designed for PCC Credentialed Coaches interested in applying for the MCC Credential using the MCC Application Path. Over 5 months, requirements will include 79 total hours — 46 synchronous hours, and 33 asynchronous hours.  

Throughout the course, there is a focus on developing coaches who want to dive into the deepest, most inquisitive levels of their practice. In a collaborative environment, you will learn how to: 

  • Build a strong foundation of awareness, practice, and embodiment of masterful coaching 
  • Increase comprehension of masterful coaching distinctions 
  • Develop and strengthen mindfulness practices 
  • Deepen the integration of your unique coaching strengths and authentic coaching style 
  • Identify and eliminate invisible barriers to your command of coaching 
  • Gain confidence and readiness for applying to the International Coaching Federation for the Master Certified Coaching (MCC) credential
