Mason students, faculty, and staff, take a mindful break in your day and contribute to your well-being through Mindful Mason Moments! These free drop-in mindfulness sessions will take place online from 12 noon to 12:30 p.m. every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during June and July 2021.

Practices may include meditation, gentle movement, sound, silence, or breath work. Mindful Mason Moments sessions will feature Mason facilitators. Learn more!
