Kelly Stuck is the Program Manager of the Student Strengths Coaching Program at the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being.
With over 20 years of experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, technology adoption, and change management across both private and federal sectors, Kelly brings a wealth of expertise to CWB. She has a proven track record of partnering with executives and teams to drive successful initiatives.
A natural leader, Kelly is strategic, innovative, and highly effective. She is known for her ability to balance vision and expert execution, while championing a creative and collaborative culture to meet shared goals.
Kelly holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BBA from James Madison University. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Now back at her alma mater, she is dedicated to cultivating a strengths-based culture across the campus.
