It’s always a good time to explore well-being because this should be regular practice. Well-being efforts should be on-going and preventative, not short-lived or reactive. Deepen your understanding of well-being at George Mason by inviting the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being to visit your class or group.
Each interactive presentation offers participants a chance to deepen their understanding of well-being, gain insight into themselves, and explore the supportive resources available to them at George Mason. These sessions can be offered to students, staff, and faculty. All sessions can be offered in-person, and zoom options are noted.
Please submit your request here at least TWO WEEKS in advance so we have time to confirm your request and prepare your presentation.
