The Leadership Coaching for Organizational Well-Being certificate program empowers the next generation of leaders using a strengths-based approach and a supportive environment. In a collaborative setting, coaches learn the critical skills necessary to make a positive impact at work, in the community, and out in the world. 

We follow a research-based curriculum that prepares students from all walks of life for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements and coaching competencies.

Program Details 

Our Spring 2025 program is a collaborative online format that prioritizes live attendance and active communication. There are five modules presented over three days, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. ET once per month. This program will be conducted in a live, virtual format. 

In this experiential program, you’ll learn from a research-based curriculum that aligns with ICF requirements and coaching competencies, including how to:  

  • Become a powerful instrument of change 
  • Identify the intersections between coaching, resilience, and results 
  • Learn key strategies for building individual and organizational well-being 
  • Practice coaching as a unique leadership skill distinct from mentoring, consulting, and performance management 
  • Develop coaching proficiency at an ICF credentialing standard of PCC (Professional Certified Coach) 

You will earn 141 Coach Education hours towards ICF certification.
