- Grounded in Kindness

Start the semester with intention! Create a goal punch card, practice gratitude, take a walk in the labyrinth, and enjoy snacks in a space for healing, reflection, and grounding. This event is presented in partnership with the Center for Leadership and Intercultural Engagement.

Join Kindness Ambassadors and Strengths Coaches for a cozy drink and meaningful conversations that spark connection. This event is presented in partnership with Mason Chooses Kindness and the Student Strengths Program.

An annual conference presented by the Financial Well-Being team at the Student Support and Advocacy Center (SSAC) in partnership with campus and community experts. More details will be available closer to the dates.
